Lee Webster, President, from Plymouth has served in chief leadership positions with the National Home Funeral Alliance and the Green Burial Council, and helped found the National End-of-Life Doula Alliance and the Conservation Burial Alliance while directing NH Funeral Resources. She is a frequent guest lecturer on college campuses, and is the course designer and instructor of mortuary and cemetery certification classes. Webster is the author of several books, including Changing Landscapes, The After-Death Care Educators Handbook, and The Green Burial Masterclass Companion.

Steve Whitman, Vice President, from Plymouth is a professional planner and educator who has been working in the public, nonprofit, and private sectors in New England for over twenty-five years. Steve is the founder of Resilience Planning & Design and his work includes comprehensive planning projects in small towns and large cities, topic specific studies, and regional and watershed scale natural resource planning. Steve serves as a board member for the non-profit Mill City Park in Franklin and is a founding member of the Pemi-Baker Trails Committee.

Bill Crangle, Treasurer, from Plymouth has been the go-to financial advisor for various NH conservation groups since his retirement as Vice President for Financial Administration at Plymouth State University and Professor of Environmental Sustainability. He has since helped shepherd the NH Chapter of the Nature Conservancy, the Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests, the NH Chapter of the Audubon Society, and the Loon Preservation Committee. He is an avid hiker, fisherman, and birder.

Terri Potter, Secretary, from Holderness, has 30 years of experience working in the education and nonprofit sectors. She worked for Plymouth State College/University in the division of student affairs for 24 years before pursuing other work at NHTI, the Grafton Regional Development Corporation, and most recently the White Mountain Trail Collective.  Her time living near the White Mountains and in the Lakes Region has informed and deepened her appreciation for stewardship of the NH environment.

Craig Cadieux, Director, resides in the Newfound Lake watershed in the town of Bridgewater.  Recently retired after careers in Renewable Energy, Building Science, and Property Management, his current focus is on the environment, volunteering with the NH Cooperative Extension with their Coverts and Natural Resources Stewardship programs, the Slim Baker Foundation for Outdoor Education, and Newfound Lake Region Association.   He is also a land steward for the Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests.  Interests include:  American and ecological history, time in the woods, time on the water, fishing, and building things.

Dick Hage, Director, from Plymouth, is a retired 53-year resident of NH with a 44-year career in higher education administration after earning degrees in Liberal Arts, Business Administration and Marketing, and Guidance and Counseling. Board membership includes a West African university, a nature-based public charter school, regional green energy initiative, a local youth center, and volunteer service on our town’s Beautification Committee. Active interests in landscape gardening, reading, woodworking, climate activism, and especially time with my beloved wife, children, and grandchildren.

Doug McLane, Director, from Plymouth, is a life-long advocate for environmental concerns. He is a board member with Rumney Ecological Systems, also known as Quincy Bog, a trustee of both the Rumney and Plymouth Conservation Commissions, and a member of the Plymouth Planning Board. Doug has years of experience property management and real estate. His interests range from Native American history to bicycling and skiing, with a soft spot for his grandchildren.

The Honorable Bill Bolton, Director, is the former State Registrar and Director of the Division of Vital Records Administration under the NH Secretary of State's Office. His extensive civic service and environmental advocacy spans a variety of commissions and boards, including the Pemigewasset River Local Advisory Committee, Conservation Commission, Energy Commission and Plymouth's Select Board and Planning Board. He is the current Democratic member of the NH House of Representatives representing Grafton 8. ​
