Biodegradable shrouds and caskets are acceptable according to the description in Rules and Regulations #8 and #9.

Cost of Burial

Variable depending on type of purchase.
$4,500 for an all-inclusive full body burial.

An additional $200 will be required to accommodate weekend  and holiday burials.

Sturdy shoes or boots.
Full coverage for sun and tick protection in summer.

Parking

Limited parking is available next to the entrance at the end of Boucher Road.
​Carpooling is recommended.

Pets

Pets are allowed but clean up is required.
Pet burials of cremated remains are allowed on a case by case basis.

Speed Limit on Boucher Road

There is no official speed limit but we ask that you not exceed 10 mph.

Who Can Be Buried at Oliverian

Unlike municipal cemeteries that usually only bury their own residents, Oliverian is an independent burial ground designed to accept people from anywhere.

Winter Burial

Winter burials are allowed with extra time to remove snow and thaw ground. A $200 charge for extra time is required. ​See Price List
